Ok, if you want convenience, if you really want to make things easy for yourself then this is just the little tool you need. Having used it myself, I would happily pay for it separately.

One of the biggest reasons I used to overeat in the past was because it was just too much effort to eat differently. I didn’t have the time or effort to have to think about what to eat – it was just easier to carry on eating what I’ve always eaten before.

The Diet Generator does all the thinking for you. You simply select from a list the foods that you would enjoy eating, click ‘generate’ and it will tell you what to eat for every meal for the next two weeks.

Trust me, it’s when you don’t know what you’re gona eat next that you leave yourself open to bingeing on the wrong foods, thereby setting yourself up for failure.

Calworries Guide

This is a neat little guide that sums up some important weight-loss concepts in just 15 pages. Like I said, the Strip That Fat guide is really all you need to lose weight, and this book doesn’t exactly revolutionise the system, or add anything you can’t do without. But it does add a neat little twist.

Unlike the Strip That Fat diet system, the calworries guide suggests that you count every calorie you eat for a week. I found this very helpful in that it showed me where I was going wrong. I could  have the perfect diet all day, but for one snack that’s so calorie-dense that it throws me right over into positive calorie balance – where you take in more calories than you use, hence making you gain weight despite all your efforts.

The book goes beyond just talking about how many calories and tells you about bad vs good calories – the foods that have few calories but still make you feel full. I do recommend you read it, especially since it’s such a quick read, but it’s not essential.

30 Healthy Recipes

At first I thought this would be useless, as I can quite easily look up recipes on the internet. But I realised that the recipes here all comply so well with the Strip That Fat Diet System and at the same time they’re so easy and quick to prepare.

The only trouble was initially finding all the ingredients in my local supermarket, but you’ll find that over time you know where to find everything you need.  It goes very well with the Personal Diet Generator and the two work hand in hand to make the whole process of losing weight as smooth and easy as possible.

2 Extra Hidden Bonuses They Don’t Mention On The Sales Page

I was shocked to see two extra bonuses on my download page when I paid for the program. My favourite of these two was ’31 weight loss tips and tricks.’ This book gives some much needed advice on lifestyle changes that can make a HUGE impact on whether or not you’re successful with weight loss. An example is Tip #31, which suggests you join a support group. I really can’t tell you how important this is by the way – having people around you know that you’re trying to lose weight is a HUGE motivating factor!

The second bonus is one on getting rock hard abs. This is probably more appealing to the guys, but it has helped me to firm up my abs to the extent where people are frequently complementing me on my posture.
