Strip That Fat Review – My Thoughts And Feelings
Hey, Natalie here
hanks for visiting my Strip That Fat Review blog, where I’ll be letting you in on my real thoughts and feelings on the Strip That Fat Diet System
Don’t forget that this is just a review – Click here to visit the official Strip That Fat website.
Why am I writing this blog?
Well, when I was thinking about buying a diet book that would really work for me, I had quite a few products to choose from.
The reviews of Strip That Fat didn’t really focus on its unique selling point, so I tried a number of other books first which didn’t really help me. It was only when a friend of mine told me that Strip That Fat had worked for her, that I decided to give it a try.
Now I was really happy with the results I got with this book, so I wanted to give you a review of my thoughts and experiences, so that you can decide whether this diet system will work for you. I have to warn you though, I’ll be going into both the good and bad, so if there’s something you might not want to hear, then you may want to leave now :p
“So What’s Good And Bad About Strip That Fat?”
The unique selling point is the main reason I would recommend this book to you. It’s the main reason that 99% of dieters fail and never see the slim body they’ve always wanted (it’s so sad).
Strip That Fat tackles this problem very well, in fact it specializes in doing so.

…or read on and I’ll tell you about this a bit later.
My general thoughts about the book… I very much liked in the beginning how it made it clear that simply buying this book will do NOTHING to help you lose weight. If you don’t plan to make some changes in your life by following the diet plan, then there’s no point in you buying the book – you’ll be wasting your money.
In the beginning it talks about why other diets fail – they fail because they label certain foods as ‘bad.’ One problem I found with this book is that it then contradicts itself – the Strip That Fat diet system itself labels some food-types as bad and to be avoided. In my opinion though, certain foods HAVE to be restricted or even avoided if you are to lose weight.
However the book more than makes up for this by making it easy to avoid these foods and allowing you to have these foods on occasion. How does it make it easy to avoid these ‘bad’ food-groups? Well that’s what its unique selling point is all about, and like I said… I’ll tell you about that later
(I’ll get there eventually, I promise).
The reason the Strip That Fat diet system is special, is NOT because it reveals miracle food-groups that you’ve never heard of before, or special never-before-revealed ways of eating that will magically burn away your fat. In fact, the diet itself is quite simple – with information that you’ve probably read about before – in other books and on the internet. Advice such as reducing saturated fat intake, avoiding simple carbohydrates, eating small frequent meals, eating more fruit & veg.
You know all this information already! (if you don’t, then this book sums it all up very nicely, so keep reading) But you’re still having difficulty in losing weight! It’s not that you don’t know how to lose weight, most chronic failing dieters know EVERYTHING about how to lose weight.
The problem is that you find it difficult to make the changes you need to lose weight!
This is where Strip That Fat’s unique selling point comes in (I told you I’d get there eventually), this is what made this book worth every penny of my money and more.
“OK, OK tell me about this unique selling point already!”
Strip That Fat is the only book I’ve found that really takes you by the hand and really makes it easy for you to make the changes in your life that will guarantee 100% that you’ll lose weight (phew! that was a long sentence). It focuses on making changes one at a time. Changing one habit at a time to the point where you’re living a lifestyle that will make that weight come off.
It really involves you in the process while reading the book – even tells you at a point to go and take a ‘before’ picture so you can compare it to your ‘after’ picture a few weeks down the line. It really goes through every length to show you how to make it as easy as possible, to make the changes required for weight loss.
It shows you how to make exercise fun and a part of your everyday life, rather than an isolated activity. It suggests that you carry on snacking, but make available delicious fruits and healthy negative-calorie foods where you can eat as much as you like and you’ll still lose weight!
It’s only after reading this book that I discovered the true secret to weight loss – which is to find a system that’s not only known to work, but is also easy to implement in your life. The easier it is to implement, the more likely it is to be successful. Strip That Fat is by far the easiest system I’ve come across and as a result, the only system that has worked for me. Eat Great Lose Weight is a great book! Since 9/13/99 I have lost 35 lbs with Get Skinny… so I decide to pick upEat Great. Though the information is similiar, it is worth buying. She gives tips on what to choose in regard to ethnic foods as well as recipes that can be easily changed around. The book also includes examples of her weekly menu which is very helpful. This way of eating incorporates fresh vegetables, whole grains, halthy fats, fruit, and moderate “sweet intake”. IT IS A PREMISE THAT IS HELPFUL TO EVERYONE. Know one needs white sugar, flour rice and potatoes to survive. I am a single parent of a 21 month old and I have been able to work out recipes and meal plans. If anyone would like to talk about the program please email me. THANKS! Choco love sold at the whole foods market has 77% chocolate bars that are great.

This is interesting…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. My goal is to shed about 15 pounds in the next couple of months. But there are so many different “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and adding muscle?

My goal right now is to get ripped six pack abs and it’s not easy. Does anyone here have some suggestions as far as a good six pack abs diet? I have read that oatmeal, egg whites of course, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all important to include in your diet…anything else I’m not thinking of?

My trainer says that oatmeal, egg whites of course, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all necessary to incorporate into your diet…are there any other foods I should include to build muscle and get ripped abs?
